At HKTgear, we are dedicated to ensuring you have an exceptional experience with our products. In the unlikely event of an issue, please follow the timelines and guidelines below for a seamless resolution.
Policy Criteria
Within 24 Hours
File complaints about physical damage or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery.
Within 3 Days
Report software-related issues within 7 days of receiving the product.
Beyond 3 Days
Complaints beyond this period are eligible only for repairs, subject to terms and conditions.
Policy Exemptions
HKTgear will repair or replace defects or malfunctions only if the following guidelines are followed:
1. Bluetooth Range: Use within a 10-meter range.
2.Charging Process: Avoid fast chargers or overcharging.
3.App Connectivity: Keep the mobile app running in the background.Water Resistance: Adhere to water-resistance precautions.
4.Battery Life: Duration depends on usage and connectivity.
5.Health Features: Smartwatches are not substitutes for medical devices or fitness trackers.Visual Variations: Expect slight differences due to screen effects.
6.Shock Resistance: Handle with care; avoid dropping the product.
⚠️ Failure to follow these guidelines may void your warranty.
Policy Gudielines
To claim your warranty, ensure the following conditions are met:
1.Non-Transferable Warranty: Applies only to the original purchaser.
2.Proof of Purchase: Valid proof is required.
3.Repair or Replacement: The warranty covers repair or replacement only.
4.Warranty Registration: Register your warranty online.
5.Issue Resolution: Initial attempts to resolve will be via call or email.
Eligible claims require shipping the product to HKTgear at the customer’s expense.
Note:
Replacement may take 15-20 days, subject to stock availability.
Replacement may involve a different variant or color based on availability.
HKTgear is not responsible for delays or damages during transit.
Policy Validity
The warranty does not apply under the following circumstances:
Normal Wear and Tear: Includes color fading or dust accumulation.
Misuse or Damage: Caused by mishandling, unauthorized repairs, extreme temperatures, or liquid spills.
Warranty Expiry: Regardless of usage.
Guideline Violations: Non-adherence to operational guidelines.
